Pros

Overall grat company to grow at: -Great place to learn new skills (came in as a graphic designer, now I run digital marketing campaigns - SEO / PPC/ etc) -Flexible PTO -Good Benefits (health insurance/ 401k/ PTO/ life/ dental/ Disability/ etc) -Responsible leadership (fiscally conservative/open to feedback/values employee's emotional health) -Discounts on products

Cons

Office politics has been an issue in the past, but it's something you just get used to working around. If you're committed to your workflow, and you stay out of the gossip, you will be fine. Leadership doesnt always delegate a clear organizational structure which makes it hard to push projects forward. This is because there is not much managerial oversight in the reward/ discipline departments, so naturally incentivizing good work ethics and habits are hard to actuate as a manager that doesnt always have the support they need from the owners. 730am start time is EARLY, but you get used to it You have to be okay with being in a startup environment where things are sometimes tense and people arent always onboard with your vision, sometimes leaving you frustrated. (But research that is presented IS respected, so the owners ARE getting better at listening to "the facts"/ data that supports your "vision"/ recommendations).

There are ample opportunities for training and development, and the company supports career advancement. Work-Life Balance: The company promotes a healthy work-life balance. Flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely when needed make it easier to manage personal and professional responsibilities. Exciting Projects: Working on creative projects related to outdoor and firearm accessories is both challenging and rewarding. The projects are diverse, and there is always something new to work on, which keeps the role engaging.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: The fast-paced nature of the industry can sometimes be overwhelming. It requires strong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. High Expectations: The role demands a high level of creativity and innovation. While this is motivating, it can also be stressful at times, especially when multiple deadlines coincide.

Pros

Decent Place to work & grow, like any company if your a go getter and want to carve out a carrier path, your more than likely able to do so here. However on the flip side, if your looking for a 40hr job and do not wish to grow, you can do that as well. This company has been rapidly growing. Management appears to be understanding and flexible. During Covid some of us were able to work from home, the company was able to adapt to a changing work environment. As for benefits, they pay 50% of healthcare insurance premiums for employees. They also offer more traditional benefits like, Dental & Vision, EAP-employee assistance program through ADP, Short Term Disability, Paid vacations, Holidays & Sick time - no CAP so far on the vacations, 8hr for every year after your 3rd. They also just recently started a 2% 401K match, dollar for dollar with an expectation of growing that even some more. Some of us have been waiting for this. The big one.. compensation, Well, at times I hear they may start you out low - department wise, but with time and with ones abilities, you can certainly grow in this area .

Cons

No matter where you go, you have the same type of office gossip, (water cooler talk) - some people that will never be happy regardless. You just need to be able to tone people out, or better yet speak up to them early. For employees, maybe offer the day before a holiday, most are 1/2 days.
