Pros
Friendly colleagues. Some bosses are really people-oriented. People come from very different backgrounds. Flexible working Not much OT for some departments. Encourages continued learning. Provide training under NTUC LearningHub. Most people here have at least 1 certification.
Cons
High turnover which gets demoralizing at times. Supposed to be like a startup environment, but there are many legacy issues due to close working relationship with Fairprice Group and other long-standing social enterprises. So the pace can be slow for some departments. Bonus and increment wasn't fantastic. 3 months notice period
