      Newer management clearly has questionable motives Pay isn't great Health insurance isn't negotiated for the benefit of the employees False promises to get you in the door, not backed up with real outcomes The "blame game" and gossip runs rampant

      Great pay and benefits. Accounting department has good employees that care about their jobs and each other.

      Pros

      Work life balance is great, leaving for appointments or taking a half day usually is never and issue. Almost always off work at a decent time

      Cons

      Days can be very early Busy season can be chaotic but that's the same for all concrete industry. Days can be long but rarely anyone works late (past 5pm)
