New management bringing the company into 2024 .This is very much a time of transformation for the NEC . Mel and Vanessa and senior team are doing a fantastic job of Streamlining process and cutting out waste. Great to work with very approachable and accessible. Everyone made to feel part of the team. Workforce are kept informed regularly and thoroughly. Good people are rewarded and recognised now rather than the upper managers being always rewarded it's now the frontline lower ranks who are being appreciated. Easily accessible by public transport. No two days the same......and they feed you at every opportunity. New and exciting ventures are being delivered on what feels like a weekly basis so fast is the pace now. If you're a grafter who enjoys new challenges and doesn't want your company to be stale and stuck in the past doing things the same old way becoming stagnant the NEC is NOW the place for you.......my CEO thumbs up is for Melanie Smith she's a straight talking caring and passionate about making the NEC great again 😄
