      No pros to note whatsoever.

      Cons

      Terrible team environment. Incompetence and favoritism at the executive and manager level. No support, training, on boarding, and they have a completely disingenuous culture. Beware of working here and listen to other reviews. It is not even a non profit anymore.

      Pros

      The training and recruitment process didn’t take long, payment for taking care of the kids was always on time.

      Cons

      The local staff were always rude and never had time to answer our questions. Then, when an issue came up, they completely stopped responding to us altogether for weeks at a time. Very negative experience.
