      Nothing unless you want a meaningless existence.. but helping people you are not.

      Cons

      The lie about the pay and benefits. They lie about caseloads and accommodations. And they treat children like cattle... its about heads and dollar signs to these people. I quit in two weeks. If your object is to help kids, stay away from this place!!!!

      No pros to note whatsoever.

      Cons

      Terrible team environment. Incompetence and favoritism at the executive and manager level. No support, training, on boarding, and they have a completely disingenuous culture. Beware of working here and listen to other reviews. It is not even a non profit anymore.
