OK Place to work. Very dated computer system not keeping up with changing IT/AI environment - Manager NEDCO Employee Review

Very dated computer system. Not looking into investing or growing the company. Appears to be stable or declining in the industry. Does not reward top performers very well. More of a check the boxes and do as you are told type environment. Not suitable for an entrepreneurial spirit.
