They were trying to invest in the US so they were paying a premium to get talent in the door, so the only benefit was that you were meeting some really talented people you could network with.
Cons
- Incredibly high turn over. - Conniving and toxic work culture (due to CTO). - No salespeople, no clients, no revenues (so as an expert, they make you do everything: market, sell, negotiate contracts, onboard client, do the work, deliver, upsell). - No true expertise. They are an IT management company out of LATAM, who is posturing as a modern tech company with no follow-up. The organization, if you want to call it that, has no strategy, vision, or structure. The CEO made the CTO responsible for Sales in the US when the CTO had no idea what he was doing in both the CTO or Sales Role. The CTO is not strategic, doesn't know how to lead a team, is not technical, doesn't know how to close a deal, and doesn't take it lightly when you out-shine him (especially in front of the CEO). I believe "dumpster fire" is the most accurate description of what's happening in NEORIS USA.
