Management issue - Sales Associate NERA Employee Review

Some of the smartest people and brightest minds in economic consulting. Very engaging and thought provoking work. Highly collegial and welcoming work environment.

Not too many but the firm can seem highly fragmented at times (you really work for your team). Typical consulting cons (unpredictability, occasional long hours). Compensation during my internship was low (higher now).

Academic environment and great technical learning experience.

Can be fast paced and highly dependent on manager.
