      Pros

      Best Place to Work in W. PA in 2007 for a reason. Small business, family-type atmosphere with well-known Pittsburgh clients (The Pittsburgh Zoo for instance.) A ton of employee events and activities to make you feel at home (Birthdays, Dave & Busters, Pirate Games, Pittsburgh Zoo events, etc)

      Cons

      If you want to work in a large corporate atmosphere, this isn't the place for you, although I would have you strongly reconsider (Large Corporations aren't that great!) Compensation depends on the position you apply for. Sales receives salary plus commission on sales. Other employees receive salary only with other benefits available.

      Pros

      My experience at Net Xperts was very positive. The group of people there seem to truly care about the employees as well as their customers, which is much different than most MSPs. If I ever had an issue, I felt comfortable going to my manager or HR and I always felt heard and the issue was addressed in a professional manner.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      -Interesting work to be done, and a refreshing level of competence compared to other MSP management teams I've seen. I really liked my direct manager.

      Cons

      -A decent chunk of management seems to think it's 1960. Someone almost got sent home for wearing sneakers, if that helps to illustrate. Said they would work on WFH, but nothing actually came of it.
