Pros
Pay was above what other MSP were offering. Benefits weren't too bad. SOME of the employees are really good, considerate people
Cons
I was terminated for an awkward conversation with the company president. Not for lack of work ethic, stealing, sleeping on the job, or anything else. One simple awkward conversation over a dinner and it was over. Bonus structure is nearly impossible to achieve. I did manage to accomplish it three times in the 18 months I worked there, but I also didn't sleep much during that time. Nepotism runs rampant. "Management" gets to take wild, free vacations to sandy beaches and distant islands, while employees who earn the money stay in the trenches. Fired a week before Christmas. Thanks, NetGain.
