Pros

Promise of bonuses. Only the clique gets those. It's gamed to favor them. They claim hours they aren't working. Bad upper management. Over promise and under deliver.

Cons

Look at the dates on the positive reviews. They wrote them to counter the real reviews. They are that desperate because word gets around in these markets they are in and now they can't find quality people.

Pros

Netgain is a great company to work for as an entry job. You have plenty of opportunities to grow your career and train with professionals in the field.

Cons

The only con is some days you will have to stay past your expected end time.

Pros

They go to bat for you over insurance coverage and premium costs… You’re assigned work on your schedule and you can work it.

Cons

Pay raises are minimal. If you work faster than your expected time on something, you’re given more work to compensate. Why be good at your job when you can be subpar and get less work for it? If you apply internally for a position, despite your qualifications, they’ll just hire externally.
