Worst Company - Executive NETZSCH Group Employee Review

I have been extremely happy with my work-life balance at this company. I enjoy what I do for work and have fun doing it!

Must be flexible to work off-hours from time to time.

Netzsch Pumps is a well estabilshed and globally respected manufacture in the positive displacement pump industry.

1-Communication gaps between department. (no one knows) 2-Inconsistent management styles across regions. (Every day keep changing, CEO go to sleep wakes up with a new idea and we have to try it. majority of the time its a disastor. 3-Training and career development can be reactive.(good luck) 4-High turn over. my entire office quit including the VP. 5-Yearly bonus supposed to be 10k you end up with $2500 or $3000 Work / Life balance
