NEXGEN is the best company I have worked for. Management appreciates, encourages and acts on employee feedback and ideas. With a smaller company, employees get the opportunity to get involved with many parts of the business. The work/life balance is awesome. Employees are passionate about helping clients and making sure the job is done correctly and efficiently. Clients become part of the NEXGEN family and are treated like individuals instead of numbers.

I honestly can't think of any major cons.

Employees get to work in many different capacities and there's a lot of growth potential. Bring your skill set and the sky's the limit. Dog-friendly office with casual dress code, fun bright group of co-workers.

Small company so not as many benefits as a multi-national.
