Some decently talented people, though fewer each day A place where a person can learn and do multiple jobs The base pay is good Nice office Fun co-workers Good place for someone starting out in a career in games

Production schedules are too aggressive The game lineup is dated Nexon has a negative reputation among gamers and the industry Lack of institutional or learned knowledge transfer due to high turnover Bad place to work for senior skilled people who want to advance into more prestigious companies It has the same general issues that most games companies do that have a HQ in Asia. The people who are brought in to make Western business decisions are not empowered to make those decisions
