Pros
A lot Of wonderful co-workers and a really nice business office complex. The building management has programs like food truck days and farmers market days. And, I'll say it again, there are and have been a lot of really great worker bees.
Cons
There are really so many that I won't be able to cover them all here. I will caution prospective candidates who are thinking about working here and advise them to really think about it. If you are intelligent, driven, have the skill set and integrity to have a strong work ethic, by all means find a better company than Nexon - one that will appreciate you and not constantly insult and dismiss you. See, the leadership here falls into about two or three camps: -those who do not have a holistic view of the industry nor what it takes to lead and run a company I said industry but very arrogantly thinks that that does't really matter (oh but it does because YOU, dear worker bee, will fee the unnecessary stresses on an organization when it's leader doesn't respect his own shortcomings or maybe just doesn't care; -those who do have a holistic view, strong grasp and business acumen to make sound decisions. However, currently this camp is not listened to. In fact, this camp is either encouraged to not apply that business sense and to just March in line without raising any questions; -those who are just punching in their time and too cowed to object to things that don't make sense. As you can imagine this systematically creates a very awkward environment and I've seen many peoples health suffer from being here. It's quite extraordinary actually, as people who've left actually report back that their health ailments have improved or disappeared altogether after leaving here. That should say a lot. Only, nobody is listening. This is an unique place. If you are a student of organizations and how to create a dysfunctional one, them this is the place for you!
