Pros
Casual and fun work environment, creative space, nice and interesting coworkers, caring managers, approachable and attentive Facilities & HR team I haven't been here for too long and while there have been a lot of changes, people have been treated with dignity and respect and Management has tried to be communicative and available.
Cons
Smaller company and many people here haven't had the opportunity to work elsewhere to see and understand that we're privileged to do what we do. So there can be some complainers and immaturity but the organization as a whole seems to be really focused on the future and creating an even stronger culture and environment that supports success.
