The people are very professional, friendly, and collaborative. Most importantly dedicated and passionate about their work and Nexon products. We have fun working together and hanging outside of work. Exciting AAA mobile titles in the pipeline this year and next! As a publishing company, we get to work with great developers on many quality mobile games. In small teams, you get to wear many hats in your role, get to learn more than you would in bigger companies, and you get to experience the startup environment without technically being in a typical startup. Opportunities for growth and career development. There has been many promotions since I've been here. Company offers competitive salaries, nice benefits, some perks, bonus payouts and promotions. The GM holds monthly company meetings and Q&A sessions, and is always available for anyone who has questions. Cons
Because of the nature of the industry, there will always be areas where a growing company can improve on. There is no perfect company out there, but I know that Nexon M is always thriving to improve in all areas. The company still growing and working on organization and processes which take time. Equity/stock not available at this time but hope this changes some day. Not really a con but this company has very fast paced, agile environment with some very strict deadlines, which is normal for a video game company but may not be for everyone. Anyone who works here must be very adaptable and flexible to change. I'm confident that feedback is heard and actions will be taken.
