some management are very supportive and genuinely want to help. most people are friendly and kind rewards system gets you vouchers for random things like deliveroo or some clothes shops pretty flexible with hours and taking time off
Cons
certain management like to micro manage a lot and don't make a pleasant work environment. can be very disorganised at times working hours are so late. closing at 9pm every thursday, closing at 8pm when no other shop does
