Many roles are underpaid compared to the market. Very clicky environment, if you don’t get on with the right people don’t expect to progress regardless of if you do a great job. Real focus on presentism, rather than actually doing the job you are paid to do. Inexperienced managers in some areas, who aren’t given the support needed to be a good manager. The recruitment team often don’t give feedback to applicants and just ignore them.
