Pros
staff discount, uniform allowance and friends. Was good that you could transfer between branches/offices too quite easily.
Cons
retail - customer is always an arse. My boss was a power hungry, incompetent , cretin of an individual and made it harder than it needed it to be. but that's a risk anywhere.
