Regarding progression, as a business we want to ensure that we are continually investing and developing teams. This is why we set our a career plan to support development. This is discussed during 1-to-1 meetings with your Line Manager and we'd recommend also booking in time monthly to review this. We've also introduced Clear Review. An online system performance manager, where you can track and make notes of your goals - business and personal, which has helped to support development for our teams in the business. Regarding frameworks and IT software, if you have issues installing software, with the permission of your Line Manager this will all be set up and requested through our Online Service portal. We'd recommend asking your Manger or teams for help regarding installing or requesting access for this.
