Pros
Great benefits in terms of employee discounts, great team and working environment with lots of training provided.
Cons
They expect a lot during sale times, especially at Christmas, sometimes working till past 10pm on Christmas eve and then up for a 5am shift on boxing day and EVERYBODY has to work with no chance of getting these days off.
