      perks, cool factor, all money goes into shiny offices, work from home because people no longer fit in the office, great if you are a football fan

      Cons

      pay for new employees, not much advancement opportunity, office space, nobody is surprised when people leave, mom and pop shop, work environment, computer support, burnout

      The people make the place. Best people ever. Also obviously awesome if you love football

      Cons

      They make everyone part time because they say they don’t have enough money to give people benefits. They made $23 billion last year btw.
