      Not really seeing anyone positive thing is such bad company

      Cons

      Backstabbing culture, always choosing and showing favoritism for some colleagues, seems like a boys club when you only enter if you don’t have a personality or opinion. No career advancements, progress, or any plan. Just another feature factory that looks thirsty for repairing the damage instead of fixing the culture and getting rid of toxic management people that don’t justify the money they take home

      Pros

      NFON is a great company to work at. They have a great sense of schedule for their projects. Their delivery is great, communication between teams is great. I sensed an enhancement in C level decisions in these years I worked there.

      Cons

      Flexibility for new ideas is a bit stiff and takes a long time to turn around. Projects I imagined could improve the company's products never took off because of lack of manpower/will to do them.
