9ySorry you didn’t feel valued. That’s the opposite of our intention for our NFP employees! In fact, we work really hard to put our people first so they can put our clients first. I’m also concerned about what you say about the approach to customers. I have a lot of confidence in our regional leaders’ integrity and honesty.
