      Pros

      I like my co-workers, and people really do want the company to succeed.

      Cons

      I think they're too focused on profit margins - especially since the people who can contribute to that the most are the employees they pay the worst.

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
