      Pros

      There weren’t really much to be honest you were always busy so you wouldn’t be bored

      Cons

      Too many to list off but some top ones there was no flexibility in hours at all. Big on micromanaging everything. Work procedures would constantly change without being shared with everyone on the team.

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
