Pros
If you are looking for a 9-5 with a company that has good resources for clients and employee flexibility with minimum base pay this an option to consider. Some on the team are great people.
Cons
Management, if and when it exists and stays in place consistently in the hands of one person - is not focused on its people or their growth. They are not focused on team synergies. Your feedback on compliance matters and business practices will fall on deaf ears especially if taking action inhibits their profit, mergers, acquisitions or producer relationships. Sales growth was also minimal during my time.
