Line manager gives empowerment to the me, with guided boundaries. Open communication observed between me and line manager. As an SME, I take the opportunity to learn as much as I can as peers and seniors are helpful. They know their stuff. Healthy working environment, there is work life balance, coupled with company activities which promote communal environment. Mgmt cares about the well being of staff. Overall good remuneration package, good location (access to public transport and food)

It is understandable that as an SME, there is limited growth opportunity. But, I notice opportunity is given for internal movement to fill up vacancies. So, that's a good thing to offset the limited career growth.
