Most of the finishing and printing crew from before the corporate buyout are down to earth but almost all management are snakes and will step on their friends and coworkers throat in order to get ahead.

The office people will treat you like a temp unless you suck up to them. Steer clear of this company because it's a sinking ship. This company doesn't Like you sticking up for yourself or coworkers so that's why they try to hire only people who speak broken English and don't have rights as American citizens. Management refuses to fire someone who has multiple cases of sexual harassment in the workplace but due to the fact that they can't hire anyone cheaper they refuse to do anything to address the issue. The upper management has a tendency to fire anyone who sticks up for the floor workers, even if they're management themselves creating a very abusive workplace.
