      Pros

      I cannot honestly say one good thing about this company. I guess I can say that it's amazing they've been in business for so long considering the poor management and questionable manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      -Poor Work/Life Balance -The management is composed of family members (one family runs this organization). None of these people are qualified. -Menial wages. -Questionable work practices. For a company that makes nutritional/health products, it doesn't seem like anyone cares for hygiene/cleanliness. -Discriminatory employment practices. - Lack of resources and lack of qualified Subject Matter Experts to allow for company growth.

      Pros

      - Slow-paced work environment. Good place to learn about dietary supplement manufacturing. - Excellent work environment for those immigrating from Bangladesh.

      Cons

      - Low and unfair wages - Nepotism abounds. There is an inner circle of family friends/relatives running this company. Stay on their good side or risk losing your job. - Unhealthy work environment. Professionalism is lacking from the top down. - Uneducated and unqualified employees. That goes for the entire company.
