      Pros

      Good pension, get discounts on stuff, good mat and parental leave etc pay is not generous but fair what with recent pay award. Nice colleagues.

      Cons

      Can be a bit bureaucratic, internal politics etc. To be expected when working in large organization. Experience of things probably depends a bit on how your immediate line manager is.
