Pros
NIA is a strong community driven Organization with great staff. The company is expanding and continues to grow and offer young professionals a chance to gain experience and grow. Many have took the opportunity as a stepping stone to other careers
Cons
Turn over is ridiculous. There are many part time positions with limited full-time positions. Management is not completely fair and place expectations high with little appreciation. Quick to let staff go.
