What a nightmare - Anonymous employee NIBCO Employee Review

It's got a heavy atmosphere to it. Everyone keeps their heads down and eyes averted. It is eerily quiet because no one wants to be noticed. Any social interaction between employees is frowned upon - I mean folks didn't even say "good morning" to each other. The place is definitely lacking enthusiasm and joy. I don't believe in a party atmosphere in a business or folks overly socializing but teamwork starts with caring for each other and that is definitely forbidden at NIBCO. I left because it was like going to a funeral every day.
