Pros

family-oriented culture, true open door policy with management being very involved in day-to-day operations. free catered lunch on wednesdays, plus employee events each month to get everyone and their families together. tons of opportunity to grow here and learn different positions and departments, as well as help train new employees in my department.

Cons

can be fast-paced and dynamic, no two days are the same.

I loved being busy. If you like to work this is the place for you.

Cons

Con list: Work life balance is the only reason I left there. I have small children and took a less demanding job where I’m home more. If it wasn’t for that I would still be working there. Absolutely loved working for NJ.

Pros

Definitely some good people to work with. But not for.

Cons

Compensation is on the low end for part 135. Lowest per diem in the industry. The last three reviews before this one are 100 percent company management attempting to boost rating. The leadership here is very toxic and they play the favorites game. There is no room for pilot growth. This is a good place to earn hours and then move on of you can deal with a someone deciding your future in aviation when she has no experience in aviation outside the office. Only 5 percent of the pilots actually like working here because they enjoy the koolaid.
