      builds up your resume especially in the area pays a salary plus commission for a sales position not a draw have unlimited learning and earning potential the president is the best at what he does and you will work directly with him and learn from his experiences

      you will be multi-tasking all the time be prepared to work as a team so get used to doing things outside of your job description

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with . Lots of diversity and company has a great teamwork environment. Lots of freedom and fun to come to work everyday. It's a very unique job to come to work for .

      Cons

      Travel is a major challenge . Trying to schedule personal time, vacation and time with friends and family can be difficult.
