      Pros

      Spent a long time here for good reason. Great pay and benefits, super super smart people.

      Cons

      Trump is on the warparth and we've lost 50% of our department. Morale is low. I'd love to come back down the road. Not a lot of room for advancement. I had to leave and come back to move up.

      Pros

      a lot of resources for your to explore and their Biowulf HPC system is very powerful and make my work much more efficient.

      Cons

      If you live not that close, the traffic to commute to the bethesda campus is heavy during rush hour.

      People are generally friendly, the schedule flexibility is pretty good

      Cons

      The current administration is not good at managing anything. Their directives constantly change and leave us with more work and less output.
