Good salary if this is your first job related to your studies. (There are no career opportunities, and salaries are exclusively determined by the level of education bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD.) Good working environment with colleagues. After a short period (3-6 months), you can work remotely.

They hire you as a freelancer, but you have to work as a full-time employee, dealing with the downsides of both. Only 12 salaries per year. Working hours are 10:00-18:00.
