Pros

The working hours were not long.

Cons

They promised to sponsor a visa, and went back on their word 2 days before I entered the country. When asking if they would still finance my own visa, they added conditions to it, and whilst they reimbursed the expenses, they then withheld that value from the final salary when leaving. The job itself was also max 0.5d/week of project management, and the rest of the time drawing up plans of AutoCAD from some hand mark-ups. Other staff had the same work experience, e.g. someone hired as chemical engineer drawing up CAD plans for conveyors. The work environment itself was no better, with staff members being bullied, staff being imposed working in the office full time in spite of the managing director spending half the week working from home, and the only staff member lasting longer than 6 months being the daughter of a director. The office environment was therefore strained and unpleasant. Salary was below market value for a Senior Project Manager, although technically higher than what a CAD technician would receive...
