Highly limited professional growth opportunities for a variety of reasons. Only 2 days per month of remote work are allowed, Those are considered as a company benefit (not employee right) that may be additionally restricted by a manager for whichever reason. Low role of HR in regulating superior - subordinate relations. Helath insurance in private clinics introduced in 2024.
