      Tough rules in terms of punctuality and leaves Issues warning letter for no reason All Saturdays are working causing hectic work environment

      good working conditions, great times to choose from to work

      Cons

      They are not FAIR. When they hire new people they treat them like a king and treat the rest of the people that work there like peasants. They treat some of their employees that have been ther for almost 30 years like a piece of crap. None of the bosses know what they are doing they have machine shop experience. The epople on the floor basically run the place. If you are not up one of bosses buts you do not get anything at all
