This position that I had as a Judiciary Clerk 2 made me felt like I was the dirt on management's shoes. As a JC2 I was more qualified, with my Bachelors & Masters, to hold the supervisory positions that 95% of the supervisors held. The idea of someone coming into the courthouse with more qualifications seemed to be a hinderance. A few supervisors even warned me that I should not stay that the courthouse because I was much better than the position that I was given.
