PTO paid staff full pay during Covid.
Cons
While they Paid staff who couldn’t work during Covid was awesome. However that meant those employees that could work did the job of many. This meant staff had to multitask & do their regular job after hours bc normal business hours were spent doing another persons job. This company did not supply staff with equipment to wfh which meant those that had equipment were forced to do the job of those that couldn’t get pay for equipment.
