Pros

Location and snacks are decent

Cons

I'm sharing my honest experience at NKPR on Glassdoor to provide insights into the workplace. Compensation and Priorities: The president seems more focused on appearances than ensuring junior team members receive a living wage or reasonable raises. Reality vs. Social Media: What's portrayed on social media is far from the truth. The reality inside NKPR is different from the carefully crafted image presented online. Lack of Kindness: Unfortunately, there's a stark absence of kindness within the workplace. The environment does not foster a supportive or compassionate atmosphere. Resignation Experience: Submitting your resignation leads to alienation and a disheartening experience during your last few weeks. It's a departure that leaves you feeling undervalued. Micromanagement and Lack of Productivity: The management team tends to micromanage without contributing substantially to the workload. This creates an environment where follow-ups outweigh meaningful work. Dictatorial Work Culture: NKPR operates with a work culture resembling a dictatorship, impacting employees' morale and well-being. I hope this insight helps potential employees make informed decisions about their career choices.

Pros

Very collaborative. Direct Access to the President. Great clients.

Cons

High expectations. That's also a good thing...but there is an expectation of ensure results are delivered always.

Pros

Some really great acc managers and people (super senior were problematic though), fun events, office lunches and celebrations. lots of experience/exposure but at a price

Cons

May have changed since, but one of the few agencies that at the time still did unpaid internships. hours were long, and like most agencies work gets dumped on the most junior people. interns were constantly stressed beyond belief. unless you are super super super type A or can power through the stress, wouldn't recommend
