Great experience, positive work environment

Nothing that I can think of at the moment. Had a great experience with them.

Tuesday's and Thursdays there are pizza hang outs, friendly competition from the coworkers and the managers actually know what they're talking about

Today, I showed up at 8am. I was placed into a room where I was given basic YouTube quality lessons on how to improve myself. I was sent to another room where I experienced what I can only describe as hazing, and then I was told to go out onto the field. I was placed in a car with four other people, all of which I met four days ago. In this car, our manager drove us an hour away to a section of the state with high levels of poverty. I guy I've spoken to twice was my trainer. We set up a fold out table where we were not allowed to be, and then called out to people to convince them to buy a $5 quality phone for $20-$40, and then pitch them home internet. You're outside, alone with a stranger, in the sun, for five hours, and then your manager picks you up, and drives you an hour back to the office where you sit in the office for another hour while math on your earnings is done.
