      Pros

      Working for the team allows for an individual to network and gain an understanding into the office environment. In addition, leadership opportunities are rewarded if intern does a good job.

      Cons

      There is no compensation for interns. Some days in the office lack work for the interns and often times the interns do not feel appreciated.
