Cons
The management can be quite unresponsive at times for emails and such. Also the “Reef” high performance wave was almost reserved for more senior employees during free surf which wasn’t fair. They often cancel free surf for “maintenance.” The job itself is just sweeping floors, cleaning toilets, etc. which can get old/demeaning at times. One of my supervisors had it out for me too and would yell at me.
