Unpredictable management. Can be frustrating.

You will learn how companies should NOT be run and how NOT to treat employees.

The culture is dysfunctional. Leadership denies reality on many levels. At some point you realize you have been lied to and begin to justify in your head why you are there to begin with. That is because gaslighting is also part of the culture. You will begin to think that you cant go anywhere and get paid the same etc. etc. All of it is not true. Do yourself a favor and just stay away and if you are there...get out and get the mental help you need because that place is a head trip! Having this company on your resume is NOT a benefit. In fact it will hurt you. The reputation is BAD. After you are working a while you will see clearly the disfunction and how alone you really are. Don't speak about what you see, if you do you will be punished.
