      The colleagues were nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Lack of training, no organization learning culture. The skills and competences of the management team were very limited. Generally, the leadership was not effective.

      Pretty simple and straightforward, not a bad gig but nothing stimulating or rewarding

      No air-conditioning, safety gloves and glasses are necessary but annoying to wear
